LEGAL AGREEMENT: TERMS OF USE

  • You waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

2. NO FEES FOR REMOVAL OR ALTERATION

Arre.st does not charge any fees for removal, alteration, or modification of any mugshot, arrest record, or other information displayed on this website. Any request for removal or modification will be evaluated according to our internal policies and applicable laws of the State of Nevada.

3. NO ADVERTISING, DATA SELLING, OR MONETIZATION

Arre.st does not sell advertising space on its platform. Additionally, Arre.st does not engage in any of the following revenue-generating practices:

  • We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise transfer user data to third parties for marketing, advertising, or other commercial purposes;
  • We do not monetize through affiliate marketing or sponsored content;
  • We do not offer premium features, subscriptions, or paid tiers;
  • We do not collect or sell aggregated user statistics or analytics;
  • We do not accept payment for preferential treatment, enhanced listings, or priority placement of information;
  • We do not utilize targeted advertising technologies or ad networks;
  • We do not generate revenue through lead generation activities.

Arre.st is not currently monetized in any way and operates solely as an information service provided by US Support LLC, a Nevada news syndicate.

All information provided on Arre.st is derived from public records made available by governmental agencies. We make no guarantees or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information displayed.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE INFORMATION PROVIDED ON ARRE.ST IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

8. NEWS SYNDICATE STATUS AND FIRST AMENDMENT PROTECTION

Arre.st is operated by US Support LLC, a Nevada news syndicate. All content published on this site constitutes the dissemination of factual public records as part of legitimate news reporting and journalistic activity. The publication of such information is protected under the First Amendment of the United States Constitution and enjoys the full legal protections afforded to news media organizations.

9. JURISDICTIONAL RESTRICTIONS

This website is intended for access by users in jurisdictions where viewing and accessing this content is permitted under local law.   • No images or information are modified, enhanced, or altered from their original form as provided by government agencies;
  • The United States Supreme Court has recognized in multiple decisions that republishing matters of public record is constitutionally protected.

14. COMMUNICATIONS DECENCY ACT PROTECTION

As an interactive computer service provider under 47 U.S.C. ยง 230, Arre.st is immune from liability for content that originates from third parties or government sources. The Communications Decency Act provides that "No provider or user of an interactive computer service shall be treated as the publisher or speaker of any information provided by another information content provider."

15. PUBLIC FIGURE DOCTRINE

Many individuals who appear in arrest records may be considered public figures or limited-purpose public figures under defamation law by virtue of their involvement with the criminal justice system. Users acknowledge that statements about matters of public concern and public figures receive heightened constitutional protection.

16. DORMANT COMMERCE CLAUSE

Users recognize that state laws attempting to regulate internet content across state lines may be unconstitutional under the Dormant Commerce Clause of the United States Constitution, which prohibits states from unduly burdening interstate commerce. As a Nevada-based service, Arre.st's operations constitute interstate commerce that should not be subject to inconsistent regulations from multiple states.
